Resolution Movement Community Manager

Responsible for growing, managing, and monitoring
community engagement on Resolution socials media and Dischord to create positive growth, maximize
impact, and trust God for changed lives.

Primary Responsibilities

Foster and grow social media engagement and community on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Respond to comments, direct messages, point people to resources, comment and engage with
other accounts we partner with and grow our engagement and acivity.
Work in partnership with Director of Resolution to develop and manage Dischord community for multiple audiences including leaders, strugglers, youth etc.
Develop system on Dischord for step by step tips based on topics using Resolution resources. Regularly update Dischord with latest resources by topic.
Work in partnership with Director of Resolution to develop email strategy to foster community growth and serve our audience with our resources.
